At ZR Fit and Wellness, we provide adaptive and inclusive fitness, health, and wellness services for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to make fitness accessible, supportive, evidence-based, and empowering for everyone.

Founded by a husband-and-wife team of certified personal trainers and behavior specialists, ZR Fit combines fitness expertise with professional backgrounds in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), Music Therapy, and related disciplines. Our interdisciplinary approach allows us to meet each individual where they are while creating meaningful, lasting progress.

We specialize in adaptive and inclusive fitness programming designed to support physical health, social-emotional growth, independence, confidence, and overall wellness for individuals with and without disabilities.

At ZR Fit and Wellness, we utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis within fitness and athletic training to teach, reinforce, and maintain healthy lifestyle skills.
