Adler Aphasia Center offers a place for people with aphasia to practice their communication skills with people who understand their condition, build back their confidence to communicate, and provide peer support to address their emotional needs. Aphasia is a language disorder that usually results from a brain injury (such as a stroke, brain tumor, accident, or infection).
