Too Much Stuff
TOO MUCH STUFF is a FREE peer support group which provides a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space for individuals who struggle with clutter, having too many belongings, or hoarding-related behaviors.
The group is guided by compassion, personal choice, and lived experience, allowing participants to share openly at their own pace without pressure.
Attendees/Participants can connect with others facing similar challenges, exchange practical strategies, and explore ways to make positive changes in their homes and lives.
Whether you are just beginning to think about reducing clutter or are already working toward change, this group offers encouragement, understanding, and community support.
The group meets on the 4th Thursday of Each Month from 6:00–7:30 PM at MHAOC Admin Office, 1747 Hooper Ave, Unit 15, Toms River, NJ.
Participation is voluntary and open to anyone seeking support. You may RSVP in advance or simply drop in.
