RECOVERY PEER OUTREACH SUPPORT TEAM (RPOST) 732-244-0940

RPOST offers ALL recovery non-clinical case management, limited transportation assistance, & support to individuals in recovery from substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.  RPOST celebrates & respects EVERY Pathway to Recovery, as well as every effort made towards finding recovery and/or maintaining recovery & wellness.  Multiple pathways provide those struggling choices & options. Choice and the ability to choose (Voice & Choice), can be a key component to recovery & wellness.

Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide emotional & experience-based support, using evidence-based practices, to individuals who are seeking to attain or maintain recovery. Collaboration between RPOST staff & the individual are made to achieve goals, overcome barriers, & create a system recovery capital.

Services are provided Monday thru Friday from 9am to 8pm. Saturdays by appointment. Services are provided to Ocean County residents, 18yrs & older.
