Quality Families, LLC, provides in-home therapy and counseling through Perform Care's Children's System Of Care (CSOC). These services include family therapy, individual counseling for children at risk, parenting education, problem-solving and stabilization of families in crisis.
Quality Families' goal is to stabilize crises over a period of several months, and to connect the family to outpatient services within the community for continued care. These services are free of charged and funded by a State grant for crisis intervention.
A family who is struggling and suspects they might be in crisis may call and obtain a free assessment to determine eligibility.
