Preferred Behavioral Health Group SAIL Adolescent Partial Care Program

psychoeducational group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, medication monitoring and psychological evaluations, and parent support groups.

The SAIL program creates a safe space for teens to reset their lives from past experiences, prepare for their future and become the best versions of themselves. Teens participating in the SAIL program and their families have the following services available to them. Discover which of our NJ behavioral health centers is best for your needs. All of these services are provided with a trauma-informed approach. 

What the program offers:
  • Education on mental health, coping skills, life skills, and interpersonal relationships
  • Customized goal setting and planning
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches
  • Safe, supportive environment for personal growth
  • Connections to community resources
  • Transportation assistance based on need and availability
  • Collaboration with schools and other key community partners in the teen’s life
  • Trauma-informed care integrated into all services

 Program hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
