Ocean Partnership for Children's Connections Group

Ocean Partnership for Children's Connections is a youth social skills group aimed at reducing social isolation for those with intellectual and developmental disability needs and concerns, through an emphasis on social, emotional ,and physical wellness.  A formal diagnosis is not required. This group is open to any youth in Ocean County from 10-21 years old. 

Groups are typically held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 5pm at 36 Washington Street, Toms River. There are some community outings scheduled throughout the year. Please outreach a Lead Facilitator for a current schedule.  This group runs year round and may be subject to a waitlist. 

This group is grant funded through the Ocean County Department of Human Services.
