The Nutritional Care Department at Community Medical Center offers outpatient nutrition counseling for patients at nutritional risk. We pride ourselves in providing:

If your physician has prescribed a special diet for you, or if you want to know if you are eating properly, we can help. We offer individually modified medical nutritional therapy with a registered dietitian for people of all ages who have specific nutritional needs.
