Mom’s Quit Connection (MQC) for Families provides free, one-on-one counseling for pregnant and postpartum individuals; moms, dads, and family members who want to quit smoking/vaping to protect children, 8 and under, from exposure to harmful tobacco smoke.

• A qualified Quit Coach helps you start thinking about quitting smoking and create your individual quit plan.
• Quit Coaches are available to meet with you, at your convenience face-to-face (in Southern region) or by phone.
• MQC for Families offers small rewards to help you celebrate your achievements and success throughout every step of your journey.

Eligibility	MQC for Families provides free smoking cessation counseling for individuals who are planning, currently or recently pregnant or who have children/live with a child up to the age of 8. For all other smokers in your practice, MQC for Families can provide you with free referral forms to the New Jersey Quitline.
