ROOTS offers guidance & support to individuals/families identify, understand, and access various benefits and services they may be eligible for. This often includes assistance with navigating complicated applications, understanding eligibility requirements, and ensuring continued access to benefits such as healthcare, housing, food assistance, and disability support.  ROOTS helps to streamline the process of obtaining support and empowers individuals by connecting them with resources that improve their quality of life and financial stability. ROOTS provides services in English & Spanish. Eligibility: Ocean County Resident, 18yrs & older
