I provide trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, adolescents, and families seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, school challenges, identity exploration, and relationship issues. Using an integrative approach that includes play-based therapy, sand play therapy, AutPlay, and individualized talk therapy, I help young clients process emotions, build self-regulation skills, develop healthy coping strategies, and work through difficult experiences in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. My person-centered, child-led style allows children to express themselves naturally through play and symbolic work when words are difficult to access, while older children and teens benefit from targeted psychoeducation, emotional exploration, and skill-building. Parent support and coaching are incorporated to strengthen family communication, increase understanding of child behavior, and reinforce progress at home. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children and families to heal, grow, and thrive.
