Hackensack Meridian Health Center for Vulnerable Children

Program promotes and provides Comprehensive Health Evaluations for Children. The comprehensive evaluation is for vulnerable, homeless children. Providers have the ability and time to complete an extensive medical and psychological evaluation and to also review records and speak with those involved with the child.

Our goal is to improve their overall well being and develop a treatment plan. We hope to evaluate the whole child and ensure that all critical areas are addressed.

Comprehensive Health Evaluations for Children include:
  • Medical Evaluation
  • Dental Screening
  • Development Assessment
  • Mental Health Assessment
  • Cognitive Assessment
  • Trauma Assessment
  • Immunization Review
  • Substance Abuse Screening
