Empower U. is a learning organization that strives to continuously support children, families, and communities through providing innovative and sustainable empowerment and therapeutic programming. While our IICs are mainly licensed-level clinicians, we do have a training and support track for both paraprofessionals and master's level clinicians to help them advance toward clinical licensure in their careers. In addition to being individuals interested in career growth, many of our Clinicians, Behavioral Assistants, and Mentors are former and/or current Children’s System of Care employees having served various roles and understanding Care Manager, youth, and family needs from a unique perspective.
