Community Affairs and Resource Center (CARC) is one of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Providers in new Jersey. CARC's mission is to empower the community and strengthen youth and families by promoting self-suffiency through education, advocacy, and collaboration.  CARC offers an array of services. Services are as listed: 

 Emergency Hotel Placement, Rental Assistance, Food Assistance, Transportation, Bilingual Mental Health Counseling, Support Groups, Job Training, Court and Medical Advocacy, Case Management, Safe Dates Teen Workshops among other support services as interpretations and advocacy.

You qualify for help if you meet the following requirements:
• Your household income is within the low-to-moderate income limits (see income table to the right)
• You live in a one to four unit residential home built before 1978
• The property is structually sound
