The HOPE Project assists its participants with non-clinical case management, budgeting, fiscal literacy, employment linkages and training, housing benefit navigation, group support, socialization, transportation, and client specific assistance.
RPOST offers Recovery Support Services to assist individuals in Ocean County who face the challenges of addiction. Offering non-clinical One to One Person Centered Peer Support for individuals 18 years of age and up.

Housing, Outreach, Prevention, & Education Project (HOPE Project) is designed to assist Ocean County residents who are experiencing housing insecurity and/or homelessness. Groups are held on the last Monday (Manahawkin) and Wednesday (Toms River) of every month.
The Department of Transportation Services county transit system, Ocean Ride, includes two major services. The Reserve-A-Ride Program and local bus routes. Reserve-A-Ride provides door-to-door, non-emergency medical transportation services to seniors (age 60 and over) and persons with disabilities. This service is offered by advanced registration basis primarily to destinations within Ocean County. Pre-registration is required.
