Customized program to meet the individual needs of each youth. Group topics will include but not be limited to: peer leadership opportunities, self-exploration, family conflict, building positive networks, mentoring, advocacy (helping find their voice), problem-solving skills, career goals, communication skills, vocational skills, community service opportunities, spirituality, holistic wellness, teen violence/bullying, and other relatable topics. Family (caregiver) participation is encouraged

Therapeutic modalities: CBT, DBT, Art therapy, Music therapy, Strengths-based, trauma-focused, EMDR therapy techniques, Poetry, and Motivational Enhancement.

Location: Ocean County Youth Center (155 Sunset Ave. Toms River, NJ 08754)
