The Integrity House STAR Program offers case management, recovery support and community linkages to Ocean County residents with opioid use disorder. Through a team-based approach, STAR helps participants achieve mutually agreed upon individual recovery goals in a multidisciplinary, culturally competent manner.

Why STAR?
The STAR Program team is available 24 hours a day to :
  • make referrals for mental health and primary care needs
  • help participants explore activities that foster positive lifestyle changes
  • assist with employment services
  • help participants reintegrate into the community
  • connect participants to peer support

STAR Team:
  • 1 Program Administrator
  • 1 Program Supervisor
  • 2 Case Managers
  • 2 Peer Recovery Specialists

Offering a flexible approach with a variety of options including face-to-face, family and telephone support, the STAR Team works to engage participants at the agreed upon intensity. The diversity of our teams' experience and skill provides an opportunity for participants to engage in a program of support that can uniquely address their individual needs.

  • The Mental Health Association
  • Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc.
  • Ocean County Prosecutor's Office
  • NJ Reentry Corp.
  • Preferred Behavioral Health Group
Eligibility Ocean County residents with opioid use disorder.
