FRA-Empowering All Abilities to Achieve Their Full Potential
At Family Resource Associates (FRA), we believe in a world where everyone—regardless of ability—has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. For over 45 years, FRA has supported individuals with disabilities and their families through every stage of life with innovative, compassionate, and personalized services.
For those seeking meaningful work and greater independence, our Employability program provides personalized job readiness training, coaching, and support to help participants explore career paths and succeed in competitive employment.
FRA is also proud to offer Project SEARCH, an internationally recognized, business-led internship program that gives young adults with disabilities immersive, hands-on experience in the workplace. With the support of dedicated job coaches and partnering businesses, participants gain marketable skills that lead to long-term employment success.
As individuals transition into adulthood, FRA’s Young Adult Life Skills classes and community outings offer a dynamic blend of real-world learning and fun. Participants build independence, social connections, and confidence through hands-on activities, cooking, financial literacy, and engaging outings.
Our Early Intervention program provides in-home therapies and family-centered support for infants and toddlers (birth to age 3), helping them build strong developmental foundations. We also offer inclusive, play-based classes like Gymboree-style groups and a Sibling Support Group to nurture the entire family and foster connection and understanding.
At every stage, FRA champions possibility, potential, and purpose—for all.
