Adulting 101: For Ages 18-24

This group will be an open enrollment 8-week series starting July 15th, 2025. This group is intended to support young adults in building the practical, emotional, and relational skills needed for confident, independent living. This group focuses on reducing stress, increasing competence, and creating a sense of empowerment and community during a life stage full of transitions. Clients can expect to cover topics such as, navigating life transitions, exploring relationships, boundaries, identity, and values, mental health maintenance, and more. This group is led by a Licensed Professional Counselor, Dana Delfino and a Clinical Intern/Mental Health Associate Giana Simonelli.
