A FREE home visiting program offered to residents of Southern Ocean County
NJ InCK is here to help you by bringing together YOU, your child's doctor, and organizations in your community, from schools to food pantries. NJ InCK helps doctors and community-based service providers better understand and support your child's health. This helps you to make sure your child gets all the different types of care they need to be healthy.
The Ocean County Special Needs Registry is a voluntary service open to all citizens with disabilities who reside, attend school or are employed in Ocean County.
There are college programs for students with intellectual disability that are not giving out a standard college degree. These are called Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary programs, or CTP programs. There are special rules to access financial aid for these programs that are explained below.
The New Jersey PAAC will be comprisedof local entities including, but not limitedto churches, schools, recreation centers,non-profit organizations, and social service community-based organizations.
The SSVF Shallow Subsidy initiative provides rental assistance to very low-income and extremely low-income veteran households who are enrolled in SSVF.
