Ocean County Social Skills Mindfulness Group is open to boys and girls ages 9-12. Group will be held on Wednesdays from 6:15 - 7:30 PM from July 8 - August 12. Cost is $450/registrant.
Topics include: nervouse system regulation, brain/body connection, calming and relaxation tools, anxiety, stress & emotional regulation, daily mindfulness practices and more.
