Lighthouse Counseling will be offering a Social Skills group for children ages 4-5 . Group will run for eight weeks using a combination of Sand Play therapy, yoga skills, and social skills exercises. Group topics include the following: verbalizing & expressing feelings, following directions, emotional regulation, sharing, conflict resolution, personal boundaries, eye contact, and cooperation.
