Navigating Life with Intellectual and Developmental Disability: Teen & Adult Services Program Series

This series of programs will focus on the issue that matters most to individuals impacted by IDD - and their caregivers - as they prepare for adulthood. All events are free and open to the public!

2025 Events:
  • June 5th @ 6:30 PM (Toms River Branch) - An Overview of SSI & Medicaid for Adult Individuals with I/DD
  • September 30th @ 6:30 PM (Lacey Branch) - Transitioning to New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities
  • October 7th @ 10:00 AM (Ocean County College Larson Student Center) - Why Employment is Important and an Overview of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities
  • October 7th @ 11:00 AM (Ocean County College Larson Student Center) - Employment: An Overview of Services provided by the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
  • October 21st @ 6:30 PM (Toms River Branch) - Let's Talk Friendships and Dating!
  • November 8th @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Lacey Branch) - Ocean County Library's 8th Annual Autism Resource Fair: Spotlight on Teen & Adult Services
  • November 13th @ 6:30 PM (Toms River Branch) - Community College for Students with Disabilities
