The Blue Light Music Program is a music, recording, and multimedia program for both typically developed individuals and those with special needs. OPC's Ocean County Summer Camp, Recreation, and Enrichment Program Directory for Summer 2024. 

We specialize in teaching the art of dance to all ages from pre-school through senior citizens. Recently, we have expanded our program for people with special needs and individual learning differences.
