Bright Harbor Healthcare is leading the Ocean County Traumatic Loss Coalition for Youth Program (TLC) operated by Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare; TLC is a dedicated program focused on suicide prevention and trauma response assistance for schools and youth organizations.

Bright Harbor Helping Youth Prepare for Employment (HYPE) Program

We assist Ocean County youth participants (ages 16-24) in gaining knowledge, skills, training, and individual assistance in finding, gaining, and retaining employment or post-secondary education. Location: Toms River & Manahawkin offices, also offering virtual/hybrid options.
