We are an In-Person self-help support group that meets every Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm at Waretown United Methodist Church, 27 Bryant Road in Waretown, we meet in the nursery. Our group helps people who suffer from panic and anxiety to find support and compassion among fellow sufferers. We have been established in Ocean county NJ since 1993.
