Recovery Family Support Services (RFSS) / MHANJ-Ocean County
The RFSS program offers non-clinical case management to family members in Ocean County impacted by addiction. Certified Peer Recovery Specialist provide emotional and experienced-based support for family members, using evidence-based practices to empower, educate, provide information and referrals to assist family members in their own recovery journey so they may help those they love. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm. Saturdays by appointment. For more information contact gsherian@mhanj.org

When family members are supportive, it can make all the difference in a person's ability to stay sober. In fact, research has shown that people who have strong family support are more likely to stay in recovery and avoid relapse
