NJ YAP Community Anti-Violence Program goals are to keep youth positively engaged in their home and community, connect families with community resources, and build daily life skills. Youth are matched with advocates who provide individualized mentoring support and provide specific interventions, including: individualized services, family support, group interventions, 24/7 crisis support, and work readiness..
