The DCF Office of Advocacy assists the Department in its mission to keep New Jersey families safe, healthy and connected by providing information and responding to the concerns of parents, youth, foster parents and others involved with DCF services.

Constituents with inquiries, concerns or questions can reach the Office of Advocacy by calling the toll free number, 1-877-543-7864, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Constituents also may email us at askdcf@dcf.nj.gov or click HERE and the Office of Advocacy will respond. Staff in this office work directly with liaisons in each DCF Division and Office to ensure the timely resolution of constituent issues and concerns.
