Behavioral Health Matters

BHM provides innovative training on mental health, substance use, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring disorders to service providers, treatment teams, and educators designed to enhance outcomes for service recipients and students. We offer live seminars and “CE’s on the Go” (pre-approved courses for YOU and a group of colleagues).

Courses are offered virtually or in person (depending on the presenter). CE’s are approved for NJ Credentials: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT, LCADC, CADC, LPAT and LAAT.  CE’s also approved for NY LMSWs and LCSWs.

Presenters are seasoned mental health and substance use professionals or educators with subject matter expertise. Through our continuing education program, we strive to enrich the capacity of agencies to provide integrated services that promote wellness & recovery for individuals, families, and communities. We are committed to professional development and community education workshops for the purpose of enhancing treatment outcomes and reducing stigma.
