I am a Licensed Psychotherapist who is passionate about working with people struggling with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. I offer guidance and support for plethora of life struggles and challenges including Complex Trauma, Self Esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Anger and Grief. 

My goal is to create an environment that is warm and caring so you can feel safe to freely express yourself. I utilize holistic approaches including virtual reality meditation and guide imagery in tandem with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Anger Management and Compassion Focused Care. I have specialized training in TF-CBT and CPT.
