The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program at Soldier On is a door-to-door outreach campaign assisting veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Caring Contact is a crisis and listening hotline that serves Central and Northern New Jersey 365 days a year.

Get FIT focuses on the concept of staying active and healthy, decreasing the risk of secondary conditions, and promoting access to community wellness and fitness programs for people with IDD and their caregivers.

Mental Health Association in NJ "Stepping into Success" Program is a non-clinical wellness and

GAP, a NJ non-profit organization, provides parents and caretakers of developmentally delayed youth with affordable legal Guardianship services.

Support Coordination, a Medicaid funded service, guides adults with special needs (aka individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or I/DD) and their families to plan and access a myriad of support services.

Dress for Success Central NJ provides free services to job ready clients by referral. Services include professional attire, resume writing, interview coaching, career counseling, job retention, and career advancement skills.  It is a volunteer-run organization with opportunities for community participation.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey [BBBSCNNJ] makes a positive difference in the lives of children through professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships with adult volunteers. 

Transgender Empowerment Program is run through Prevention Resource Network. The Transgender Empowerment Program is here to help those who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming or gender diverse.

The In-Home Parent Coach® has been a trusted provider for in-home services throughout Northern New Jersey since 2008. We provide the following services: IIH-Clinical, ISS, IIC, and Parent Coaching.

CTS provides prevention and community services to youth and families in Burlington County and the surrounding areas. Services include Treatment Homes, Therapeutic Supervised Visitation, and Functional Family Therapy.

Parents & their families struggling with harmful substance use can participate in this free 8-week training program to: increase healthy living skills, improve family communication, develop coping skills for stress, and strengthen problem-solving skills. 

SPAN Deaf Mentor Program (providers in Spanish and English are available). SPAN’s Early Hearing Detection & Intervention (EHDI) Mentoring & Family Engagement Project is looking for families with a D/HH child birth to 5 years old who are interested in having a Deaf Mentor.
