The Witnessing Beauty Yoga Teacher Training program aligns with trauma-informed methodologies that emphasize principles of neuroscience and ancient philosophies, while focusing on the domains of post-traumatic growth.
It is aligned with Yoga Alliance’s Elevated Core Curriculum Standards for certification as a RYT-200 (200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher).
