The 3rd Annual NJ Youth Transition Conference (Virtual)

The 3rd NJ Youth Transition Conference, the state’s premier conference for youth and young adults who experience an intellectual and / or developmental disability, their families and caregivers, and the professionals who serve them, is hosting its 2023 conference online during the week of October 16th-21st. Featuring over 28 workshops from state, federal and national providers of transition services and supports, this year’s workshop lineup will cover topics including:
