Topic reflections will include navigating unhealthy relationships and setting clear boundaries with children and family members using the Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) over the holidays. Join us for an evening of mindfulness painting while listening to how to incorporate NHA over the holidays. We will end the evening with an NHA supported reflection.
