Jackson Commission for the Disabled/Handicapped presents FREE Fitness Classes! Classes will be held on Mondays (9/30 - 10/28) from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
Fitness classes will include chair yoga, Zumba, and aerobics. Please note, this is not a drop off event.
Location: Melvin Cottrell Senior Center (45 Don Connor Blvd. Jackson, NJ).
