Come join Ocean Monmouth Health Alliance at the VNA Children & Family Health Institute for an inspiring event focused on thriving and surviving cancer. This 6-week workshop is designed to help participants manage the effects of cancer. Each week builds off the previous to give attendees a full arsenal of tools and resources to utilize. Every effort should be made to attend each session in its entirety.

Sessions will be held: May 14, 21, 28 & June 4 , 11, 18 @ 6-8PM

Topics of discussion include: Fatigue, depression, stress & anxiety, body changes, sleep problems, discomfort, effects of cancer treatment.
