The Ocean County Department of Human Services through its Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) is in the process of updating its Priority Populations Plan.
The Priority Populations Plan is updated periodically to assess the human service needs of Ocean County residents and the adequacy of existing services. The Plan will determine where and for whom services are needed.
This survey is anonymous and will be used to gather information from residents regarding services in Ocean County. All the information collected through this survey will be analyzed by our HSAC Planning Committee to identify best practices and to review areas of improvement to strengthen our local system of care as part of our 2019 Priority Population Plan update.
We invite everyone to complete our survey through the Survey Monkey link below! Please feel free to share.
(This survey should take you no more than 20 minutes to complete.)
Note: The survey collection period will run from March 1st through April 15th.
We would like to have participation from everyone (parents, adult youth, staff, etc.) that interact with your organization. Please share this email or we can drop off hard copies of the surveys for your organization. There is no need to print anything.
Note: A representative from the Ocean County Department of Human Services will collect the completed surveys. (Pick up date TBD).
Ideally, it would be best to have a collection box for surveys. If you do not have a box available to collect surveys, please let us know and we will provide you with one.
